Pembroke North – Wayne, PA

Pembroke North is a 50,000 square foot condo building. In addition to footings, walls and slabs on grade, Stief Concrete formed and poured 50,000 square feet of 18 inch thick structural deck, using the Peri Skydeck system.  Other work included pan steps and exterior concrete.
